Job Bio:
  • Manage the day to day operation of the by ensuring that staff, technology and communication are operating most effectively in order to achieve the goals of the department and that the service is delivered at the highest level possible. Supervise, coach and develop administrative staff by conducting regular one-on-one, as well as group meetings to ensure effective communication amongst staff and to help identify and suggest areas of development.
  • Manage all budgetary and financial activities. Develop processes and protocols for the smooth execution of the annual budgeting and forecasting processes as well as the day to day financial activities of the department.
  • Manage information technology systems, providing strategic direction in developing, implementing and championing all new systems.
  • Manage and oversee all technology hardware, scheduling and other operational matters related to the physical facilities of the department.
  • Provide strategic input and support in developing, implementing and championing various projects and initiatives such as renovations and space allocations.
