  • Provide advice to Managers and administrators on a range of HR policies and practices related to the management of non-union and unionized staff including organizational change, performance management, recruitment, salary administration, job evaluation and termination.
  • Advise on employment-related laws and jurisprudence including the Human Rights Code, the Employment Standards Act, etc.
  • Analyze, evaluate and classify both unionized and non-unionized positions.
  • Provide recruitment advice and assistance to clients.
  • Provide general advice and guidance, in consultation with other HR staff in CAHRS, on organizational change and restructuring.
  • Contribute to attendance and disability management as a member of a cross-functional team.
  • Participate in special projects and process re-engineering.
