Registrar & Director of Enrolment Management, UTM
Job Bio:
  • Manage the divisional recruitment team and coordinate with other first-entry divisions to create and execute effective domestic and international tri-campus recruitment strategies including off-campus (e.g. high school and college visits) and on-campus events (e.g. tours, open houses).
  • Manage admission process for the division including communications, guidelines, scholarships, reviewing and making decisions on  admission files, coordinating enrollment projections, setting targets and producing yield calculations for the purposes of enrollment management.
  • Supervise the campus student communications team including (but not limited to) all written and electronic communications such as the calendar, view book, registration guides, emails, policies, websites and social media.
  • Other skills and tasks include committee work, student staff and volunteer management, large and small scale event planning, budgeting, data analysis, project management, and innovative system development.
