Job Bio:
  • help run building operations and services of the School of Continuing Studies
  • ensure the services and facilities operate in an efficient and effective manner
  • assist the Director, Operations in coordinating the general operation and maintenance functions of School’s locations
  • help in coordinating the School’s facility development, space optimization, and renewal initiatives
  • To act as Fire Warden
  • place and monitor all emergency calls, planed work orders, and service requests related to:

o Building operation and maintenance

o Security and access

o Telecommunications

o Mail delivery, school stationary, and office supplies

  • Procurement and management of office equipment, furniture
  • Coordinate all aspects of office moves and relocations
