Job Bio:
  • Direct a diverse team of career, academic and marketing professionals by developing strategicplans and setting work priorities; provide guidance and mentorship through 1:1 and team meetings, as well as
    oversee group and individual professional development needs allowing for high quality client service to be achieved
  • Develop positive relationships with internal and external partners (including employers, alumni and institutional colleagues) through open dialogue and a collaborative approach, resulting in an increase of programming and employment opportunities for students
  • Represent UTSC at tri-campus employer services forums; ensuring discussion and outcomes include campus’ mission, vision, values and goals; communicate to UTSC staff and integrate changes locally
  • Chair the “Get Started” academic orientation that is a pillar program for both the AA&CC and UTSC; Ensure that logistics, communications, programming and marketing are on target and delivered in a smooth and professional manner by using project management tools and principals as well as strong relationship and communication skills
