- Support the day to day human resources services for the School of Continuing Studies.
- Partner with the leadership team to translate business needs into HR plans and programs that support the achievement of business goals, vision and values.
- Ensure that HR strategies and programs are consistent with and support the broader university-wide Human Resources and University of Toronto goals.
- Provide expert HR advice and coaching to the leadership team, line managers and employees for interpretation and application of HR policies, processes, programs, and collective agreements.
- Support leaders and their associates in the areas of career planning, coaching and performance feedback.
- Help to develop HR initiatives to enhance the service delivery.
- Lead in the development and implementation of assigned HR programs, projects, initiatives.
- Carry out HR analysis including: consultation and feedback mechanisms, metrics, and workforce planning, internal and external research.
