eLearning Design and Development Analyst
Job Bio:
  • Design video and web conferencing mediums to support activities of
    the Department of Family and Community Medicine.
  • Co-lead in eLearning committee providing technical advice to faculty,
    staff, and partners.
  • Create eLearning modules using various up-to-date tools and
    techniques.
  • Work with the communications team to produce promotional videos
    and photos.
  • Perform multimedia and AV production and evaluate production
    problem logs and requests.
  • Establish learning delivery technology solution publication standards
    and processes; create support tools for Developers, Performance and
    Learning Consultants and subject matter experts.
  • Manage and deliver diverse projects (e.g. e-Learning, web-based
    training, virtual classroom)
  • Organize and maintain various social media applets and the
    departmental YouTube channel.
  • Develop, review and provide training sessions for faculty, staff and
    students on equipment/software use and procedures
  • Key member of the ICT committee; provide support and advice re
    design and installation, security, accessibility, costing, etc. for
    multimedia tools.
  • Oversee hardware integration and collaborate with external vendors;
    manage vendor relationships.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain equipment and teleconferencing systems.
